ConnectAbility Australia offers disability services, aged care support, family counselling and community programs to support members of the community to achieve great things. We want to equip people to lead the best life possible and achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations to live as independently as they choose. People of all ages come to our services, wanting to take the next step in achieving the life they want. We can assist you in organising disability services, aged care support, family counselling and community supports. All our support opportunities are underpinned by the Disability Inclusion Act (2014), the National Disability Service Standards and the principles of person centred planning, The Aged Care Act 1997 and associated Quality Standards and associated Principles.
