In 1957 a talented young man by the name of Peter Bloomfield turned his dream of creating a quality theatre company into a reality. With the help of his equally talented wife, Shirley and some passionate friends they created Newcastle Repertory Club. Decades later, now trading as Newcastle Theatre Company Inc, his vision lives on.
