Focus Superannuation Services and Focus Retirement Services have been established by Sharon Osborn to provide a unique service for individuals that don't want to deal with call centres and websites with two very important financial aspects....their superannuation and their entitlements for the age pension. After 18 years working for one of Australia's largest Industry Super Funds and specialising in Client Management, Sharon offers a wealth of experience in all aspects of superannuation and the financial requirements for individuals approaching or in retirement. It is through the relationships built and discussions that have occurred over many years with her clients that has lead to creation of a service that offers the personalised, face-to-face assistance and guidance that individuals value when making significant changes to their finances. Sharon has had the privilege of assisting clients, some for over 15 years, to maximise their super savings and ensuring that they have the correct strategies in retirement. It has been this focus on building relationships that enables her clients to trust the advice they are receiving is in their best interest and not because there is a financial incentive involved with the recommendations. More recently, because of the difficulties being experienced in dealing with Centrelink, there have been more requests for assistance in apply for the age pension. Applying for the pension can be an extremely stressful and frustrating process with hours at a Centrelink office or on hold with the contact centres. This is why we have added the Centrelink Age Pension service. We will take care of every step involved in applying for the age pension or the Commonwealth Seniors Healthcare Card on your behalf so that we deal Centrelink and you don't have to.
