PUBLIC NOTICE Draft Plan of Management for Community Land Lake Macquarie City Council's draft Plan of Management for Community Land is on exhibition from Monday 6 November until Monday 18 December 2023. The draft Plan of Management for Community Land has been developed to determine and guide the future management of the included community and Crown land. It acts as an agreement between Council and the community as to how a place is to be managed and its values protected. Current uses and activities are identified and future use and activities, including leases and licences, are approved by a plan of management. A copy of the draft Plan of Management for Community Land is available for viewing during the exhibition period at the following locations: Council's Customer Service Centre, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point Online at shape.lakemac.com.au A public hearing will be held, as required under the Local Government Act 1993. The public hearing will take place on Thursday 23 November 2023, 6-7pm, at 81-83 Lakeview Street, Speers Point.
