PUBLIC NOTICE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 SECTIONS 46 AND 47 In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Lake Macquarie City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider granting an easement for drainage of stormwater to the adjoining landowner over part of Council land known as 631A Main Road Glendale (being Lot 10 DP 259085). The purpose of the easement is for providing pipes beneath the ground for connection to Council's stormwater infrastructure and will be 1.5metres wide. The proposed easement is to be granted in perpetuity. The granting of the proposed easement is subject to payment to Council of compensation in respect of the easement.
